2. iMex-MPi-MCi future Leaders forum final round (24 May 2023: frankfurt)
• Ms. Kewalin Suraphanpirosh, Thammasat University (College of Innovation), won the IMEX-MPI-MCI
Future Leaders Forum Final Round (University Challenge) at IMEX Frankfurt 2023.
• The grand prize sponsored by the MPI Foundation and Maritz Global Events.
• All five finalists faced the same challenge: creating a conference for a fictitious group, providing a platform
for networking and discussions on industry trends, innovation, design, operational methods, and
community engagement.
• The coaching session was conducted by TICA and FLF alumni who won the Final Round at IMEX 2018.

3. afeCa asia MiCe Youth Challenge 2023 on 22 november 2023 in Bangkok
• Khun Sumate, TICA President sits as the Advisor of this project.
• 24 teams from 11 countries participating in this challenge (4 students/team and
maximum 3 teams/country)
• 3 teams from Thailand were selected as the representative for this challenge: Thammasat University,
Prince of songkla University and Mahidol University
• TCEB’s MICE Capabilities Department, sponsored the registration fee for all Thailand teams.
• Thailand has been Honoured with the Special Recognition Award by Mahidol University as part of the
“Exotic Pet Show 2025” project.
• The Philippines takes the championship, followed by Singapore as the 1st runner-up and Hong Kong as
the 2nd runner-up.
