The Michelin Guide Bangkok highlights the richness of the
city’s gastronomical scene. This year, 98 restaurants made
the guide, with 17 receiving Michelin stars. Among the top
were Gaggan, Le Normandie and Mezzaluna, which received
two stars each, while Jay Fai was the only street eat to
receive a Michelin star. Other restaurants with one star
earnings, include Bo.lan, Chim by Siam Wisdom, Elements,
Ginza Sushi Ichi, J’AIME by Jean-Michel Lorain, L’Atelier
de Joël Robuchon, Nahm, Paste, Saneh Jaan, Savelberg,
Sra Bua by Kiin Kiin, Suhring and Upstairs at Mikkeller.
